The Small Print

For the sake of all our eyes, we've made this bold and kept it to a minimum...

Booking and payment

We're generous when it comes to book and cancellation. Our clients appreciate it. It turn, they've always been happy to pay promptly (usually on the last day of the course).

A 10% non-returnable deposit secures the booking of your nominated course, and we agree to provide this within four months. You agree to settle your invoice within five working days of the end of the course. Use your new skills to make it happen, and help us to keep our unbroken record of prompt payers!

Cancellation

We're understanding if illness or an emergency crops up. However, two postponements is the limit - try and postpone a third time and we may not be willing to re-book you. In the unlikely event that we have to postpone a course, we’ll always give you the option not to re-book and refund you your deposit.

We do not offer a money back guarantee - the voice is a physical instrument and major tragedies, or changes in circumstances will sometimes affect it regardless of training. However, to-date all our clients have been delighted with the services we’ve provided and we'd like to think you'd raise any concerns so they can be swiftly addressed.

Common Sense

Naturally, we do our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We have a common sense approach to political correctness.

We're also fully insured, holding both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances.
